  Yes, you can! While we don’t offer this in house, you can absolutely take the drainage hose down to your local hardware store and ask for a hose coupler to fit. From there, you can add any length of hose they need.

• How do I know which synthetic grass size to choose?

  You will be able to choose the size from the drop down menu on the product page. You will need to choose the option that fits the Porch Potty model you have.

• How to clean the poo-poo?

  Glad you asked. Before running water through the Porch Potty you should pick up any solid waste, as you do at the park. Some like to use bags, while others simply use toilet paper to then flush down your toilet. It's up to you.

• I have a hose now, but may not have one later once I move. Can I switch it from a Porch Potty Premium?

  The Porch Potty Premium works great with or without a hose connected to it. If you don't use the sprinklers, just pour water over the Porch Potty as if it was a Porch Potty Standard. The sprinklers will still be there, but not operating.

• I'm using the water timer with my Porch Potty Premium. Can I leave the water turned on?

  Yes, you do have to have your water turned on at the spigot at all times. However, the water will only be running for the few minutes you have set up on the timer to rinse the grass.

• My dog likes a lot of space to circle. Do you recommend buying two Standard Porch Potties and combine them?

  You can absolutely do this. We have had customers who have had great success with 2 large potties side by side.   There is approximately 4" clearance between the tray & the floor.

• What is the height of the Porch Potty? Can a little puppy climb on it?

  The Porch Potty is about 7 inches high. Depending on how small your puppy is, they should be able to climb up on it. If they're having trouble, we recommend our Porch Potty Ramp where your dog can easily walk to the Porch Potty.

• What is the Porch Potty made out of?

  The Porch Potty is made of a sturdy metal frame and all-weather resin wicker. The tray is recycled plastic. The Porch Potty will not rot, mildew, absorb moisture, odors or bacteria.

• What size Porch Potty should I get for my pup?

  While the Porch Potty has been tested to hold dogs up to 150 lbs (68 kg), we recommend using Porch Potty with dogs under 120 pounds (55 kg).
