If you are in the Los Angeles area, YES you can arrange to pick up your Porch Potty instead of having it shipped. We recommend you order by phone so you may arrange pick up. The US Warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time and the number is 877-787-7339 ext 1.
In all other states and countries, unfortunately our warehouses are not equipped to do customer pick up. We can only support shipping at this time.
