We ship all Porch Potties within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your order. The transit time from our US based warehouses is 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. Note: Transit times will be longer when ordering from our US site from a location outside of the US.
The only exception to the standard processing and transit time is with our live sod (available only in the US). Sod is shipped every Monday from our Los Angeles warehouse to keep it fresh.
Shipments from our warehouse locations outside of the US (AUS, UK, and CAN) have an estimated transit time of 3-7 business days.
Delays of up to 1 week can occur from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.
